Do you install customer owned parts?

We will install a customer owned part, but we are not able to offer any type of warranty for the repair.

How do I know my sensitive information stays confidential?

This is a very big concern for a lot of our customers and we want them to feel at ease by offering the ARC Gaurantee.

What is the ARC Guarantee?

The ARC Gaurantee was created for customers based on the lack of respect for customers devices and private information displayed by other cell phone repair shops. Our goal is to give customers the peace of mind that their pictures, texts, etc. will not be violated and will remain private and away fromm prying eyes and to always be honest with customers and their devices.

How can you gaurantee my information will be safe?

Each member of ARC Tech Repair is required to sign and adhere to a no-tolerance privacy policy that prevents anyone within ARC Tech Repair from going through customers private information. If any member is found violating this policy, it is grounds for immediate termination.

What should I do with liquid damage?

Liquid damaged devices have the possibility of being repaired. It is a $40 non-refundable deposit that allows us to disassemble the device, clean off all connections of corrosion, and soak the board in an ultrasonic cleanse. Once that work is completed we can identify if any other repair needs to be done to the device.

What type of warranty do you offer on your repairs?

We offer a 1 year limited warranty for all Apple screen repairs and a 30 day limited warranty for all other repairs. The warranty does not cover any damage that may occur to the device due to mishandling. Any water damaged devices do not come with any type of warranty.

What types of electronics do you repair?

How long will I have to leave my device with you?

Most repairs can be done within the same day if the part is in stock. If we have to special order the part online, then it could take 3-5 business days for the part to arrive. All special orders are required to put a deposit down to order the part.

Do you offer any type of military discount?

We offer a $10 off any repair discount for students, law enforcement, fire fighters, and military..

Will data be lost during the repair?

No data will be lost during your repair, unless your repair specifically requires it..

Do you buy broken/working devices?

We offer trade-in value towards repairs or accessories for your old or broken devices.
